The Arc Lexington appoints Jessica Hansen as Chief of Development and Partnerships
GLOVERSVILLE, NY – The Arc Lexington is proud to announce the appointment of Jessica Hansen as its new Chief of Development and Partnerships for the Lexington Foundation, effective April 14, 2025.
In this newly created role, Hansen will lead all aspects of fundraising and donor engagement, while also developing strategic business partnerships that create meaningful internship and employment opportunities for students in the organization’s nationally recognized Transitions program. Her work will play a key role in advancing the long-term sustainability of the Lexington Foundation and in expanding life-changing opportunities for the people with disabilities served by The Arc Lexington.

Hansen brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and development. Most recently, she served as Chief Advancement Officer at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, where she led a $23.5 million capital campaign and exceeded annual fundraising goals by 20 percent. Previously, she was Chief Development Officer at Ritter Center in Marin County, California, managing a $7.9 million campaign supporting underserved communities.
She holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to mission-driven work.
